1st Place: “My Uncle Is A Man Named Steve (Not A Monkey)” Cassidy Turnbull (grade 5) presented her uncle, Steve. She also showed photographs of monkeys and invited fairgoers to note the differences between her uncle and the monkeys. She tried to feed her uncle bananas, but he declined to eat them. Cassidy has conclusively shown that her uncle is no monkey.

I think that is a little extreme—I still love watching films in a (quiet) theater or at home. But it is impossible to ignore the fact that Internet usage is skyrocketing, people are cancelling their cable connections, and you can no longer make a site for even one-way content (video) without including fundamentals like comments or forums.

I used to have the exact same keyboard/sampler. I got it from RadioShack. It only let you record up to like 3 seconds per sample so in order to sample and loop beats I would play them in high speed dub mode on my tapedeck and then slow them down back to normal speed once I had the sample. Those were the good old days.
